In case you hadn’t heard, applications are now open for the Brush Creek Partners Accelerator! In conjunction with LaunchKC and TechAssure, Brush Creek Partners is thrilled to bring this new accelerator to Kansas City. We believe KC is a great place to grow a business and want to develop the new wave of technology start-ups, both currently in Kansas City, and beyond.
There are a number of InsurTech accelerators out there that focus on technology for insurance carriers, but few, if any, focus on solutions for independent brokers. As an independent broker, Brush Creek Partners believes it’s our job to continue to innovate and provide a better client experience. We hope to challenge how the insurance industry works and find ways to exceed expectations.
Start-ups face many challenges, and InsurTech companies are not immune from those challenges. Initial traction and integration with existing agency workflows can stall or halt a company’s growth. By partnering with the TechAssure network, the five accelerator participants will integrate with almost 20 innovative and forward-thinking agencies of all sizes and shapes from across the United States. This will give the participants access to real product feedback during the program.
Our goal is for the five companies to enter the program with a product, and leave the program with more knowledge, a better sales process, and an even better technology product. The program will offer tremendous mentorship opportunities from our team and from experts from a variety of different fields. We’re hoping to quickly accelerate these companies from a product into a full-fledged business.
The Brush Creek Partners Accelerator is a 75-day intensive program designed to help scale and grow a founders’ business. Ultimately, five agency-focused technology companies will be selected to participate in the program. We would love for you to be a part of our team!
Ideal candidates
We’re looking for founders with a technology product aimed at assisting independent insurance brokers.

Throughout the cohort, founders will receive real-time product feedback from the TechAssure network of technology-focused insurance brokerages, and access to mentorship from industry and subject matter experts, including investors.
